Beth received a degree in public relations with a concentration in special events planning from the University of Florida. After graduation, she moved to New York City to be the Public Relation and Event Coordinator for Kate Edmonds Private and Corporate Events. There she worked closely with many industry publications and organized an appearance on NBC’s hit series “The Apprentice. “ She also worked in the Public Relations and Marketing Department at The Breakers, Palm Beach for the hotel and its affiliated restaurants, including, Echo, Fathom, L’Escalier and The Flagler Steakhouse. Most recently Beth was an account executive for a regional advertising agency, where she managed account for financial institutions, restaurants, real estate developers, cultural organizations and nonprofits and formed relationships with local and national media. Beth is a member of the Junior League of the Palm Beaches, Historical Society of Palm Beach County and west Palm 100. She is currently a mentor for place of Hope and Compassion.
