Rena is a University of North Carolina Hill graduate who holds an honors degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a specialization in a public relations. She began her career in marketing with Palmetto Commercial Properties in Charleston, South Carolina. She later moved to Florida and joined the Jupiter/Tequesta/Juno Beach chamber of Commerce as its Communications and Special Events Manager where she wrote the quarterly newsletter, press releases and coordinated all chamber events. Most recently, she was the Marketing Coordinator for U.S. Trust’s southeast regional headquarters in Palm Beach, Florida. In that role she planned and implemented the company’s event-based marketing objectives. Rena was recently voted one of BizBashFla’s “Planners of the Tear. “ Rena is a member of the Junior League of the Palm Beaches where she is the Public Relations Committee Chair. She is also a member of west Palm 100.She volunteers her time in support of the American Cancer Society. Rena has recently been nominated as a candidate for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Palm Beach’s Man & Women of the Year Campaign.
